Plants & Flowers Policy:
(1) As we are dealing with live plants, it can be difficult to control their growth and lifespan. Substitution to similar or greater value of plants may occur to ensure the quality of your terrarium.
(2) All terrariums are handcrafted and each piece will differ from the other. Having said that, we ensure 100% quality and value to each terrarium crafted.
(3) Plants and Flowers are perishable items and are non-refundable and non-exchangable once sold. So please take good care of them!
(4) First come first serve! Feel free to make reservations if you see something you like and wish to purchase it!
(5) We will do our utmost best to ensure all plants are fully stocked up and are in healthy condition in our shops!
Cancellation of Workshop appointment Policy:
(1) There will be a cancellation fee of $3 imposed per pax. This cancellation fee is to cover admin & gateway payment imposed by Credit Card company. No cancellation fee is required if purchase is done by bank transfer.
Delivery & Payment
(1) We do delivery to your preferred location at a charge of $15 per trip, with exception to
a. Sentosa Island
b. Southern Island
c. Pulau Ubin
d. Jurong Island
e. Tuas/Jurong West
f. any other restricted areas that requires admission
Additional costs will incur should your delivery address fall in the locations listed above.
Delivery prices may increase during festive or peak season due to high demand. For bulky items, delivery price may also increase.
(2) Self-collection available too! Save on delivery fee and pick up from our Studios at Funan (107 North Bridge Road, #04-11, Singapore 179105) or Great World (1 Kim Seng Promenade, #02-143, Singapore 237994). We will contact you when it is time to collect.
(3) We are able to accept postpone of delivery/pick up provided the notification is given 24 hours ahead.
(4) There will be an additional $15 for any redeliver request.
(5) Many countries have strict rule on import & export to life products, therefore we don't ship international other than non-live or soil products.
(6) We are not liable for any damages arise directly or indirectly from late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:
a. The recipient was not present at the given address within the hours during which delivery was requested.
b. Incorrect address was provided.
c. No such person was at the given address.
d. No valid contact number was provided to contact recipient for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy:
(1) All items sold are strictly non-refundable.
(2) We can do a one-to-one exchange for perishable items like plants and flowers within 24 hours of the receipt; non-perishable items are not exhangeable.
(1) All information collected from you are well secured and we only use them to process your orders. Your privacy is our priority!
(2) Should you feel that you need to be left alone, do contact us back with subject 'Unsubscribe' and we will gladly delete your information from our EDM contact list.
(3) All image rights belong to The Green Capsule. Please ask for our permission before using any of our images. We will not hesitate to take action if we find out our images have been copyrighted by other sources.
(4) Our Crew may be taking images during workshop sessions. We reserve the rights to publish these photos on social media and/or for our documentation. Please inform us if you wish for your image to be taken down or if you are uncomfortable with appearing online. We will respect your decision to do so.
